At Oricle Hearing, we want you to feel confident in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
